You didn't ask for it, and chances are you won't really care, but there is another Resident Evil film in development. I've only seen the first two, wasn't crazy about the original and thought the sequel was utter shite; but they don't cost a great deal to produce, and in turn, deliver solid profits, so this may have been somewhat inevitable. The end of the third film apparently left it wide open for a sequel, and so here we are. Milla Jovovich is thought to be returning, as her husband, Paul WS Anderson, has written and produced all of the films, and will reportedly do the same this time out.
