Brett Ratner has been flapping his giant gob about even more projects; this time an adaptation of the game Guitar Hero. The much derided blockbuster helmer told MTV: "I would love to do a Guitar Hero movie, if Activision would ever let me. I'm trying to convince them". It may involve waterboarding, Brett. When asked what the actual story would entail he spewed: "It could be about a kid from a small town who dreams of being a rock star and he wins the Guitar Hero competition." Ratner is attached to a barrage of other projects at the moment, including a Gears of War adaptation, a biopic of Hugh Hefner and Beverly Hills Cop 4. Guitar Hero would probably involve the least amount of messing up, so we actually kinda hope he goes for that one. But seriously, start shooting something already instead of flapping to anyone that'll listen about "dream projects".
