Rachel Weisz is set to play Jackie Kennedy in a biopic of the former first lady that will be directed by her husband, Darren Aronofsky, according to Entertainment Weekly.
The film will apparently focus on the few days after the assassination of John F Kennedy, when she apparently dealt with the trading with "dignity and grace." No word yet on if it will expand further into her life, or that of her children - her son John Kennedy Jr. was killed in a plane crash in 1999.
Weisz and Aronofsky last worked together on The Fountain, which I still haven't gotten around to watching.
