As we previously reported, the Deadpool 2 set was struck by tragedy following the death of stunt woman Joi ‘SJ’ Harris in a motorcycle accident in Vancouver earlier this week.
The movie’s lead Ryan Reynolds was quick to respond via Instagram and now co-star Zazie Beetz, who Harris was doubling for, has followed suit with this emotional post-
Reynolds reportedly led the entire cast and crew in a moment of silence before resuming filming several days later.
It might be a good time to remember that stunt actors have long been campaigning for a ‘Best Stunt’ award at the Oscars and for more recognition of their work.
