20th Century Fox have released an international trailer for the upcoming Die Hard movie 'A Good Day to Die Hard'.

The newest trailer shows a return to the Die Hard franchise's original formula with plenty of guns, explosions, impressive stunts and McClane's witty one liners. While the trailer concentrates mostly on spectacle, we learn some details on the plot of the film. John McClane (Bruce Willis) is in Russia to help save his son Jack (Jai Courtney) who is caught up in an undercover operation to foil a terrorist plot.  Willis admitted recently that shooting the fifith instalment was 'a true risk' and he wanted to be able to prove he was still a 'viable action star'. Speaking to Huffintong Post Willis said 'The risk is more [with A Good Day to Die Hard] I guess it's a personal challenge,There are gaps of time between each movie. It's a kind of ageist tryptic: 'Oh, OK, now I'm this age', and trying to tell that action movie, Die Hard theme - but I'm a little older'. He added [I think to myself] 'How fast can I run? How well can I fight?' So that's a challenge and, you know, it's a fun thing to do'.

The official synopsis for the movie reads as 'Iconoclastic, take-no-prisoners cop John McClane, for the first time, finds himself on foreign soil after traveling to Moscow to help his wayward son Jack - unaware that Jack is really a highly-trained CIA operative out to stop a nuclear weapons heist. With the Russian underworld in pursuit, and battling a countdown to war, the two McClanes discover that their opposing methods make them unstoppable heroes.'

Willis will be joined by Sebastian Koch, Yulia Snigir, Cole Hauser, Amaury Nolasco, Megalyn Echikunwoke, Anne Vyalitsyna, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead. The film will be released on the 14th February 2013.
