Mike Myers is apparently hard at work on a script for Austin Powers 4 with Baby Mama scripter Michael McCullers (who helped pen the second and third films). This time they will apparently concentrate on Doctor Evil and his relationship with his son Scott. It will be entirely from their point of view, with Powers making a few gesture appearances to justify the name of the film. Myers needs a hit after his latest comic incarnation The LoveGuru tanked at the American box office. There is no word on another Shrek film, and animated films are hardly a meter of how successful an actor is anyway; so a fourth Powers instalment would get him right back on track.
