It is one of the most quotable films of the last two decades, giving us meme-worthy lines like 'On Wednesdays we wear pink' and 'She doesn't even go here!'

In truth, 'Mean Girls' star Lindsday Lohan has never fully escaped (or bettered?) her role in the 2004 comedy - which is why she has reprised her character Cady Heron in a new TV ad for Walmart.

And Lohan was joined by her 'Mean Girls' co-stars including Amanda Seyfried, Lacey Chabert, Daniel Franzese and Rajiv Surendra for the Black Friday ad campaign, where their one-time teenage characters are now all grown up.

Lohan's character Cady is the school guidance counsellor, Seyfried is a weather reporter and Chabert now has a popular teenage daughter of her own, as Lohan's voiceover is heard saying: "Some things never change. On Wednesdays we still wear pink, but now we shop Walmart Black Friday deals."

The ad is the first in a series that will run on Wednesdays leading up to Black Friday later this month.
