Hmm. We're not too sure about this one. Kelsey Grammer as the central villain in Transformers 4? We'd be hard pushed to see him as anything other than his overly articulated, snobby yet likeable TV incarnation, Frasier, but we'll give it our best shot. Then again, he has gotten used to playing more of a hard-ass, what with his portrayal of a ruthless politician in Starz's Boss, so maybe he IS right for the role. And he does have quite the surly facial expression. Check out that snarly lip curl.
The thing about bad guys in this franchise, however, is that we all know the real threat will come in the form of some other worldly, terrifyingly gargantuan robots, not mere mortals like Dr Crane. So Kelsey won't have to do all the hard work on his own. As per Deadline, he will take on the role of counter intelligence officer Harold Attinger.
Kelsey Grammer will join rank with Mark Wahlberg, Stanley Tucci and our very own Jack Reynor for the fourth installment in Michael Bay's smash hit franchise.
