Justin Theroux who's currently starring in the HBO series, The Leftovers, has been attached to direct a sequel to Zoolander for some time now. But while it's not clear if he'll direct now or not, he seems extremely positive that it will happen and his possible replacement.

He told Vulture, "We've got a script for the sequel, and we've just been in talks again. We're trying to sharpen it and hone it and, actually, I don't want to jinx anything, but it looks like it actually might be starting to get up and running."

When asked if he'd still be directing he spewed, "I don't think I'm going to do it anymore. It really depends on whether the show gets picked up. If it gets picked up, then I don't think I'll have the time to do it. So it'll probably get handed to Ben which would be awesome." He played the DJ in the first film also.

The sequel would apparently focus on Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson's former models, shunned by the fashion industry because of their age.

Stiller last directly the criminally underrated The Secret Life of Walter Mitty - which came out last year.
