Disney has dropped the official trailer for 'Jungle Cruise' and in fairness, it looks like a lot of fun.

If this trailer is anything to go by, expect 'Jungle Cruise' to be akin to adventure movies like 'Indiana Jones', 'The Mummy' or 'Pirates of the Caribbean' in tone.

Emily Blunt, who soon stars in 'A Quiet Place Part II', leads the cast alongside Dwayne Johnson.

Supporting cast members onclude Edgar Ramirez, Jack Whitehall, with Jesse Plemons, and Paul Giamatti.

Like 'POTC', the movie is based on a Disneyland theme park ride.

Jaume Collet-Serra is the director of choice. His oeuvre includes 'Orphan', 'Non-Stop', 'The Commuter' and 'The Shallows', so expect good thrills. (though hopefully not too much horror, for the kids)

According to the synopsis, the filum is "an adventure-filled, Amazon-jungle expedition starring Dwayne Johnson as the charismatic riverboat captain and Emily Blunt as a determined explorer on a research mission."

It hits cinemas July 24, 2020.
