Miss Jessica Biel, object of my affections, and all round sexy sort, is apparently in negotiations to join the Garry Marshall-helmed remake of State of the Union.
According to Comingsoon.net, Richard Gere has already been cast in the Spencer Tracy role, about a man who must reunite with his wife in order to win the election for President of the United States. Annette Benning is the actress being sought as his missus. No word on Biel's role yet, but the perv in me is hoping for that of a yoga instructor - hey, ya never know.
Marshall last directed Valentine's Day, for which I interviewed him for, and is a very nice man, who makes very generic films that make lots of money.
