Star Magazine are reporting that Jennifer Aniston will appear in Scream 4, and be the first victim of the ghost faced killer.

They are saying that Courtney Cox has persuaded her to sign on, for a small role, that would end in her being messily disposed of.

I'm taking it with a pinch of salt. No one as seen the script yet, not even the cast who were just confirmed - so how a "source" could confirm Aniston's casting is beyond me. Still, it would be pretty cool...
