Jamie Foxx is apparently in final negotiations to join Gerard Butler in the cast of Frank Darabont’s psychological thriller, Law Abiding Citizen. Foxx will play a father out for revenge when his wife and daughter are killed, after the Assistant District Attorney (played by Butler) makes a deal to see them released early. Not only does he go after the killers (not the band, although we haven't read the script in fairness) but also the ADA who helped get them back on the streets. It all sounds like conventional enough fare; but throw director Darabont into the mix and reassess the cast, then frankly, this sounds pretty damn cool. Butler is also trying to break the record for the amount of films any one movie star has been attached to at once.
