As you may know, Hugo Weaving is currently in Dublin as he is starring in the titular role of 'The President' at the Gate Theatre, opposite Irish actress Olwen Fouere.

However, the Australian actor will revisit a previous role for a very special screening of one of his most enduring roles, in 'The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert' - where he played the character of Tick and his drag alter-ego Mitzi.

Dublin's Irish Film Institute will host a special 30th anniversary screening of the film on Monday, March 4th, while Weaving will attend a Q&A after the film.

Tickets are on sale now from ifi.ie, while tickets for The President - which opens on February 8th, with previews from February 2nd - are on sale via gatetheatre.ie.
