Last night the Galway Film Fleadh kicked off with opening movie Tasting Menu, and its star Fionnula Flanagan and director Roger Gual were in the attendance at the packed-out screening. The Irish and Spanish co-production was followed up by US rom-com Jack & Diane, featuring the likes of Juno Temple and Kylie Minogue.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, the 2013 line-up of the Fleadh is more impressive than ever, with the home-grown and international movies and movie stars descending upon Eyre Square, with such big hitters as Saoirse Ronan, Zachary Quinto, Will Forte and Tom Hopper expected to attend, to name just a few.
