One of our favourite actors at the moment is the all sorts of ace Frank Grillo. You might recognise him from the criminally underrated Warrior, or the more recent Captain America: The Winter Solider where he and Chris Evans went at it in a elevator.

Speaking of which, Grillo spoke to Entertainment Weekly about the scene, and said they actually slapped the shite out of each other for a good six days.

He spewed, “There were a couple times in that elevator scene where [Evans] said, ‘Dude, you’re hitting me,” I go, ‘We are in an elevator. My stunt guy’s not coming in here. They won’t be able to shoot your face. We gotta do this.’ And we just start punching each other. We did that scene for six days. We were literally covered in black and blues. That’s why I love him.”

Deadly. But maybe not so much for Evans, as Grillo has trained as a fighter for 20 odd years as well as acting.

Grillo is rumoured to be returning for Captain America 3 as the main villain and also has the ace show, Kingdom currently airing.

It's also worth pointing out that Grillo is 51 years old. SERIOUSLY. Where to we get that face cream!?

We'll next see him in the remake of The Raid.
