More Fifty Shades of Grey news for you (don't act like you're not intrigued, even a little bit, the red room of pain? You saucy minx, you...), the script will now be jazzed up not by another erotic novelist or screenwriter, not by an expert in tense romantic dramas, but the guy who penned The Wolverine.

The Wolverine? Yes. What does Wolverine have in common with Fifty Shades of Grey, you ask? Well not a lot, but we're pretty sure some claw-like sex toys probably do feature at some point in the trilogy of books.

According to The Wrap, Mark Bomback has been enlisted to help improve the script for the pending movie, starring our very own Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson.

Bomback is Universal's man of choice, having also worked on their Fast & Furious franchise, the forthcoming Dracula movie and more. He also worked on Unstoppable, which was Tony Scott's last movie. Having gone down generally well with critics, (Unstoppable, we mean) there may be something juicy to be had in Fifty Shades of Grey film adaptation.
