Jesse Eisenberg is to reteam with his Zombieland director, Ruben Fleischer, for the cracking sounding new action film, 30 Minutes or Less, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Already on board the cracking sounding production are Danny McBride (the brilliant Eastbound and Down and Pineapple Express) and Aziz Ansari (Scrubs, Funny People). The plot centres on a teacher (Ansari) and a pizza delivery boy (Eisenberg) who are forced to rob a bank by McBride's dastardly sort.
I thought Zombieland was one of the most downright entertaining films of last year, and Fleischer is obviously a director with style who can handle both action and comedy - a rarity. He was apparently offered a chance to helm Mission Impossible 4, but appears to have chosen this more personal sounding project. Looking forward to it.
