David Duchovny, Vera Farmiga, Keri Russell, Minnie Driver and Will Arnett have joined the cast of the comedy Goats, according to Darkhorizons.com.

Based on the novel by Mark Poirier, the story centres on a 15 year-old kid as he moves from his country gaff to an East Coast prep school In America where his estranged auld lad (Modern Family's Ty Burrell) was a star student. Duchovny, who cast a Mulder-sized shadow over my childhood, will play a "pot-smoking, goat herding mentor."

The film is being directed by Francis Ford Coppola's nephew, Christopher Neil.
