Matt Damon is to finally work with The Coen Brothers, in what seems like a movie that should've happened years ago. According to Variety, Damon will join the ever-awesome Josh Brolin and The Dude himself, Jeff Bridges in a remake of the John Wayne starrer, True Grit. Wayne won his only Oscar for the 1969 film, about a lawman tracking a murderer through some dodgy Indian turf. Bridges will play the Wayne role of Rooster Cogburn, and Damon will offer back up as fellow outlaw slinger, La Beouf, while Brolin is bad dude and people terminator Tom Chaney. Shooting is set to get underway in March.
