George Clooney is to star in the film Men Who Stare At Ghosts, that is to be directed by his long-time producing buddy Grant Heslov. Flick is based on the book by Jon Ronson, and centers on the U.S. Army's First Earth Battalion, a unit that was to use paranormal powers. The title refers to the notion that anyone can kill a goat by staring at it - especially if you happen to be Brian Cowen. Apparently the script has been voted one of the best unproduced spec’s in the British film industry by insiders. Anyone read the book? I’m intrigued as to the tone.
