Clash of the Titans is to get a sequel, as the film nears a worldwide box-office of $400 million, prompting Warner Bros. to hastily greenlight a follow-up.
Sam Worthington will apparently return as our demi-god hero, but director Louis Leterrier will not, as he'll be concentrating on other projects. No word on where the story will be going, but Greg Berlanti, who just scripted The Green Lantern, will pen the first draft of the screenplay for the studio.
Wasn't a huge fan of the remake, I thought it was a mess, all be it a mildly entertaining one. They'll also need to shoot this one in 3D from the start, as opposed to adding it after, because it fall flat on its face for me. Worthington deserved a better movie.
