Christina Applegate has been confirmed to be returning to Ron Burgundy's world - well, she's in negotiations at least.
Producer Judd Apatow spoke to The New York Post at the TV Critic Awards and spewed the following, "she will be back!" he also spoke about a possible slew of celebrity cameos in the upcoming sequel saying, "I know they want to do a lot of that. I just don't know who they're specifically thinking about." What about Ron Burgandy himself, what would he like to see him get up to? "What don't I want to see him do?...I like imagining him in different parts of the world. I like the international aspect."
The film is, somewhat hilariously in itself, yet to begin principal photography. I say that because the buzz has already commenced. Can't wait to see what Will Ferrell and Adam McKay go and do.
