The hairy mumbling Wookie is delighted that Disney will now helm the Lucasfilm Star Wars franchise. Jar Jar Binks is quite pleased too. By now you're all aware that Disney is buying Lucasfilm for $4.05 billion (£2.5bn)
Speaking to TMZ, the man behind Chewy's mask said: "I have no doubt Disney will respect and continue the legacy of Lucasfilm... I have worked with Disney for many years during their Star Wars Weekends Celebration and seen how much they love the films and the fans... "[Disney] has an excellent track record for listening to the creator's voice!"
If The Avengers was anything to go by, Chewbacca may well be right.
