Charlie Sheen is set to star alongside the very funny Jason Schwartzman in (son of Francis, brother of Sophie) Roman Coppola's independent drama A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan III, according to Variety.
The film follows "a successful graphic designer whose fame, money and charm make his girlfriend break up with him. Soon after his life heads into a downward spiral." Strange plot synopsis but there ya have it... I would assume that Schwartzman would take the lead role with Sheen coming in through a supporting part.
It's easy to forget just how good of an actor Charlie Sheen is. Platoon and Wall Street are marvellous films, and had he the business smarts applicable when looking at roles in his prime, he very easily could've been Tom Cruise. Still, he didn't do too badly for himself. He's also developing a new TV series based on the film Anger Management.
