Recent Oscar winner, and the biggest earner in Hollywood last year, Sandra Bullock has signed on to star opposite Steve Carrell in the flick, The Abstinence Teacher.
According to The Playlist, Carrell's Little Miss Sunshine helmers, Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris are in talks to direct the film that would see Carrell play a former alcoholic and born again evangelical Christian, who initially clashes with Bullock's sex education teacher, but soon finds himself growing to like her.
Bullock apparently raked in a stunning $56 million last year, according to Forbes, after huge hits The Proposal and The Blind Side - curtailing the notion that there are no good roles for women in their 40s in Hollywood. Carrell just recently announced that this season of The Office would be his last.
