While he's currently shooting The Last Stand and has just signed for The Expendables 2, current media beacon and former governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, is in talks to star in the action thriller Captive reports Darkhorizons.com, via Deadline.
Arnie would play a well off man who is kidnapped while living in Brazil and held for ransom. The story would see him try to escape his armoured car, while a detective on the outside investigates his disappearance and tries to find him.
There is no director attached yet, but the producers are looking to move forward soon with a shoot date next year for when Arnie finishes work on The Expendables 2.
