I think after Only God Forgives, it'll be time for eternal heartthrob Ryan Gosling to throw in the towel on the whole sexy, mysterious, brooding, silent type thing. Don't get me wrong; I'll be the first person to fawn/dribble/pee my pants should I ever be sat in front of him, but maybe, just maybe, I'm getting over these Drive-like characters. And that's precisely why something like Crazy, Stupid, Love was such a breath of fresh air. Sure, he's got the classic Hollywood movie star thing nailed, but the key to longevity (from all the stars I've interviewed, at least) seems to be the ability to shake things up. Take a leaf out of Channing Tatum's book.

So I'm asking you, entertainment.ie peeps, are you ready to see the Goslingator do something different? Me too. In the meantime, here's another trailer from his forthcoming project which does still look pretty damn cool. It's not like we're NOT going to go and see Only God Forgives, come ON; it's still Ryan Gosling. I guess we can endure one more moody movie from Nicolas Winding Refn, right?
