With all the hub-bub over 50 Shades of Grey being cast and then re-cast again with the very wonderful Irish man Jamie Dornan, you'd be forgiven for forgetting about the logistics of the film, i.e. how the producers intend to try and bring a novel about bondage and S&M into cinemas without getting severely censored or banned (without being completely rubbish, which, let's face it is what we're all expecting).

Well there very well may be a solution in store for all you die-hard fans who want enough bang for your buck from Dornan and Dakota Johnson, as there may be two separate versions of the film cut for audiences; one that'll get a lower, more accessible rating, and then a much more risque one for those of us who are so inclined (we are very inclined).

According to the film's producer Dana Brunetti: 'This is just my opinion and this doesn't mean this is going to happen, but I always thought it would be really cool if we released the R version and then we had an NC-17 version that we released a few weeks later. Everybody could go and enjoy the R version, and then if they really wanted to see it again and get a little bit more gritty with it then have that NC-17 version out there as well.'

Sounds good to us, even if it does mean two trips to the cinema, which is a bit cheeky.

Meanwhile Johnson has declared that she considers 50 Shades to be an 'incredible love story', and told Entertainment Weekly that she was gagging (pun intended) for the part.

I just really understand it. I think it's an incredible love story and that's why it's affected so many people. [EL James] did a really good job of explaining how that just can happen sometimes and you have this chemical pull to someone. Adding in the sex makes it perfect. Sometimes you feel a little bit naughty and that's okay.

'[When I got the call and] they said 'You got the offer' and I couldn't speak. I was just so relieved. I was crying and crying. Water was literally squirting out of my eyes because I had been so stressed out.'

Well she's probably got plenty more of that to look forward to, but at least it sounds like she's up for it.
