Disney is to make a film about male cheerleaders, to be directed by 27 Dresses helmer Anne Fletcher. The film titled The Matadors, is based a real group of Chicago Bulls fans who decided they wanted to do more than simply cheer their favourite basketball team on, so they eh, got together a group of men and danced... while cheering their team on. We’re not gonna lie to ya, this sounds beyond shite. But there really isn’t a lot of cinema based happenings going on lately, as Hollywood shows tentative confidence with the incoming actors strike.
