The rumour mill has been stirring about the 'Spider-Man 3' cast for a while now. This latest has fans everywhere squealing with excitement.

Previously it was reported that Spider-Men of the past, Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire, would be joining Tom Holland on screen for 'Spider-Man 3'.

Additionally Jamie Foxx will be reprising his role as Electro for the movie.

Benedict Cumberbatch will be back as Doctor Strange too.

They're not the only familiar faces making a comeback either.

Alfred Molina, who played Doctor Octopus, aka Otto Octavius, in 2004's 'Spider-Man 2', has been added to the cast.

It is also possible that Kristen Dunst and Emma Stone are reprising their roles of Mary Jane Watson and Gwen Stacy, respectively.

'Spider-Man 3' follows 2017's 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' and 2019's 'Spider-Man: Far From Home'.

Jon Watts returns as director.

Zendaya, Marisa Tomei, Jacob Batalon and Tony Revolori are also in the cast.

The threequel has a release date of December 17, 2021. It is currently in production.
