Grand Theft Auto Vice City was one of the best games that we can remember, and this beautiful mod reconstructs it in GTA V
The sun-tinged surrounds of the fictional city are beautifully rendered in this mod that will transport you 13 years back in time.
There are still a few glitches that need to be worked through for this mod however, as lunchxbles, the designer who made it, admits on the download page. The mod only allows one player, which means it can't generate any other players or inhabitants of the city, your player will fall through the world a few times before you get it set properly, but it still looks amazing and is a pretty amazing achievement.
