With today marking Pokémon Day, it's all about those fictional creatures aka pocket monsters at the mo.

Today marks the 24th anniversary of the release of 'Pokémon Red & Blue' on the GameBoy in Japan. Funnily enough, the game wouldn't reach the European Union for another two years, when it launched here on October 5th, 1999.

It's kind of bonkers to think that two and a half decades on, it's still hugely popular, both among a new, young generation and those who loved the creatures in their adolescence.
