While we wait with baited breath for both of these games to just HURRY UP AND COME OUT ALREADY SO WE CAN PLAY THEM (okay, deep breath, deep breath), both of them have been nice enough to release some more information for us to get a better grasp of just how awesome they're both going to be.

First up, Splinter Cell: Blacklist has release a teaser of its innovative multiplayer mode, known as Spys VS Mercs, by releasing a cutting edge interactive set of mini-games that can be played on your computer and mobile phone.

Visit www.spiesvsmercs.com on your computer, or https://svmxp.com on your mobile, to play one of the six missions that put your team to the test, giving a good taster of what you can expect from the finished game's multi-player.

Secondly, we have a new trailer for Grand Theft Auto V, this time detailing the world available to those who desire to play the game online, and by golly, is it HUGE!

Aside from entering the world as it already is, game developers Rockstar Games have implemented a mechanic to allow you to create your own additions and missions, and promise to constantly update and add to the game over the coming weeks and months. Quite frankly, your whole life will likely be consumed by this game, so bid a fond farewell to your friends and family now.

Splinter Cell: Blacklist will be available on Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U from August 23rd.

Grand Theft Auto V will be available on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 from September 17th.

Competition: We have copies of Splinter Cell: Blacklist & Grand Theft Auto V for giveaway in our competition section.
