The batch of Playstation Plus games in recent months have been fairly underwhelming - less sports simulation games Sony, please! - but November's line-up is a decent haul.

'Knockout City' from EA is a dodgeball game with a multiplayer focus and has received praise for a distinct visual style and its "pick-up-and-play" simplicity.

'Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning' is a remaster of the 2012 RPG and is a great RPG for players who want a deep, but rewarding fantasy experience.

This updated edition comes with all the DLC bundled in, and represents great value for money - there is well over 40 hours of gameplay in the game.

The game has a small, but dedicated cult following, and being added to Playstation Plus will be a way for the game to pick up some more fans.

'First Class Trouble' was fully shown off at last night's Playstation State of Play conference, and is a 'social deduction' game in the vein of 'Among Us'.

This gameplay video is a good example of what to expect should you download the game on Playstation Plus this November.

To celebrate the 5th birthday of Playstation VR, PS Plus is also giving away three games: 'The Persistence,' a rogue-like horror game set on a spaceship, 'Until You Fall', a sword-fighting game, and most notably 'The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners', a game set in the universe of the eponymous zombie franchise.

'Knockout City' and 'First Class Trouble' will be available for Playstation 4 and Playstation 5 owners, while 'Kingdoms of Alamur: Re-Reckoning' is available solely for Playstation 4.

'The Persistence', 'Until You Fall' and 'The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners' is available to download for those with PSVR.
