Using the best in season and homegrown ingredients, this vegan cookery class is full of delicious fast seasonal recipes. Recipes are dependent on seasonal ingredients. The class runs from 10am - 2pm on 8th February 2020. Tickets €140.00 and includes the following; introductory hot drinks and cakes, expert led tutorials, a hands-on and informative class, recipes, a light lunch, support from local food-loving Ballyknocken tutors and a signed certificate of completion.
