6pm: Culturally Curious - Have you moved from abroad and made Sligo your home? Are you bi-lingual and fancy learning a few words of a third language – Irish? See it on road signs and supermarket aisles and are curious to know more? Attendees will be given a handout with salutations and ice-breakers.
7pm: Talking Teic - Language changes with the times. Today we have a dazzling array of new catch phrases. Spice up your cúpla focal and join us for a comhrá session with a difference. We’ll be sharing modern Irish vocabulary for a very contemporary conversation. Suitable for intermediate and fluent speakers. Duration 40 mins.
