An Taidhbhearc present a wonderful Irish language Christmas Pantomine: An Dara Réalt by Doireann Langford. Running from December 7th to December 20th. Tickets €18/15 (discount for children, students and OAPs). €12 school students/teachers go free. €50 family ticket (2 adults and 2 children).
It is Christmas night and Aobh and his father Peter are outside keeping an eye out for Santa. Suddenly, the second star to the right starts to glisten and come closer and closer until we see that it is Tink, who has come to warn Peter! She is shocked to see that Peter is all grown up and boring and that he has so much magic (and hair!) that he can’t understand what she is saying. She is happy to see the Aobh is full of happiness and fun and that he can understand the warning - Captain Hook is coming to ruin Christmas! And the adventure begins, Aobh and Tink have to light the magic in Peter again and keep Christmas safe.
