Seán O’Casey masterpiece Juno and the Paycock is a mesmerising mix of comedy and tragedy. Set in the grim slums of Dublin during the Irish Civil War, Juno and the Paycock tells the story of the Boyle family struggling to survive the realities of tenement life. Jack Boyle and his persuasive pal Joxer would rather spend their time drinking than looking for work to support the family, as Juno – the matriarch of the Boyles – desperately tries to hold them all together in the face of adversity and misfortune. Performed live at the Olympia Theatre, Dublin from July 3rd - 25th 2020. Tickets from €21.00.
