At a special event in Dublin’s newest and most exciting live music venue, Lost Lane, John Spillane, the well loved Cork songwriter will preview songs from his forthcoming album 100 Snow White Horses.
This album, produced by John Reynolds in London, and featuring backing vocals by the ethereal voice of Pauline Scanlon, is made of melodic and magical fairy-tale songs rich in mythology and wonder.
John’s songs have been widely covered by many other contemporary Irish folk singers incuding Christy Moore, Karen Casey, Seán Keane, Pauline Scanlon, Méav, Nell Ní Chróinín, Muireann Nic Amhlaoibh, Sharon Shannon, Máire Ní Chéilleachair, George Murphy and by bands such as Nomos, Solas, Danú and the Jeremiahs.
