From April 24 to 27, the Irish Film Institute (IFI), Dublin will host the inaugural IberScreen 2025, Ireland’s premier Ibero-American Film Festival. Dedicated to showcasing socially impactful films, IberScreen aims to make connections and start conversations between audiences and filmmakers.
With eleven superb films over four days, IberScreen will celebrate the rich and diverse stories of Ibero-America, with the festival bringing together the most exciting cinematic voices from countries including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Spain. This is a showcase of film that will inspire, challenge, and captivate. From bold new filmmakers Paz Vega, Salvador del Solar, and Marianna Brennand to established auteurs including Icíar Bollaín, Marcelo Gomes, and Luis Ortega, IberScreen highlights the cultural vibrancy of these regions.
