This speaker event is for a corporate audience where Trish Patterson and Lisa Jacob will speak about Mission Leadership for Competitive Advantage, High Performance Teams and Enduring Challenge. Trish brings extensive leadership experience having completed expeditions scaling mountains over 6000 m, as Captain in the British Army when she was deployed in Afghanistan twice, and following that when she entered the world of corporate security, quickly becoming the Group Head of International and People Security for a leading defence company.
Lisa spent almost a decade playing international team sport, and will deliver on her experience in High Performance Team environments including the Irish Senior Women’s Hockey Team where she amassed 139 caps, Irish Women’s Rugby 7s team, professional Dutch team SCHC, and the 2016 Race Around Ireland Team. Most recently she has provided analysis for RTE in their coverage of the Rio Olympics and Women’s World Cup where Ireland claimed a silver medal. She will discuss insights around team culture, composition, mindset, preparation and protocols.
