The 7th annual Killaloe Chamber Music Festival takes place over the June Bank Holiday, May 30th to June 2nd. . This year's theme is 'Notes and Literature' so the three evening concerts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 7.30pm celebrate Don Quixote, the Kreutzer Sonata, and Romeo and Juliet. The festival opens with the Irish premiere of Telemann's hilarious opera "Pimpinone" . Actor Barry McGovern, pianist Michael McHale, singer Juliet Turner and the Navarra Quartet are just some of the internationally renowned performers taking part.
