One of the pre-eminent modern photographers, Parr has spent four decades photographing Ireland. He has documented social and cultural change through his evocative and thought-provoking work in both the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland, with his sharp eye for the hidden stories of everyday life. His work forms a visual testimony of the changing cultural and social norms of Irish life, the influx of newfound wealth and the Americanisation of Irish society.
