Whelan's Ones to Watch Festival is back for another four days of new incredible Irish music which covers a multitude of different genres from pop to folk to indie rock to electronic to experimental. Now in it's fourth year it has become an essential part of the Dublin cultural calendar and a great way to keep up to date with the new guard of Irish talent.
