Another week over and we have a great line up of festivals still to come this Autumn. 

Up first is the Hullabaloo Children's Arts Festival which takes place fin Offaly from October 30th – November 2nd. Hullabaloo! - Offaly's Children's Arts Festival offers a packed programme of exciting and creative opportunities for children aged 3-12 promising fun, frolics and mayhem with exuberant artistic delights for all the family. For sixty years now many hundreds of thousands of people have made a pilgrimage to Wexford Festival Opera in search of buried operatic treasure. Wexford is a charming has hosted what has become known as one of the world's most remarkable festivals. Wexford Festival Opera prides itself in giving new life to unjustly neglected operas, introducing artists and audiences to the forgotten masterpieces. Wexford is the place to be this month with Wexford Fringe Festival in full swing from today, October 18th until November 3rd. Wexford Fringe Festival, now in its 61st year, features 17 days of fantastic events which run in tandem with the famous Wexford Festival Opera. This festival delivers the very best of cultural experiences and has become a vital showcase for Irish arts nationally and internationally. Read more here.

For all those fitness fanatics out there make sure you check out the Turf Warrior Challenge. Test your endurance with bog-crawling, wall-leaping, rope-swinging and lots more. Taking place in Leenane, Co. Galway on November 2nd. For more details click here.

Spleodar Nenagh Arts Festival brings light, sound and excitement to the streets of Nenagh around Halloween time with drama, workshop and street entertainment for families and children. Watch out for fireworks, the famously scary haunted tour through Nenagh's notorious old gaol and a fantastic selection of children's theatre and hands-on arts and craft activity. And if all that wasn't enough make sure you head to Limerick City to cheer on the boys in green, where Ireland will take on Australia in the Rugby League World Cup in Thomond Park on November 9th.
