The Festival aims to celebrate almost a decade of Burlesque and Cabaret tradition in Ireland. The 3 Day festival takes place in various venues in Dublin City Centre on 23rd, 24th and 25th September, 2011.

"Kicking off with The Burlesque and Cabaret Social Club (BCSC) is Ireland's leading Burlesque Show - Boylesque, the opening show of the festival will get everyone into the Burlesque mood.  Hosted by Karl X Byrne, the BCSC has been holding monthly shows at the Sugar Club, for over 2 years, and this wonderful show just keeps going from strength to strength.

Saturday's show will be a competition to find Ireland's top Burlesque and Cabaret acts.  Hosted by the AMAZING Des O'Connor Saturday's show will give the audience the chance to help chose the best act in each category.

Sunday's show, again hosted by the wonderful Des O'Connor, brings the festival to a close with the Gala awards ceremony - the winners in each category will be announced and there shall be some very special guest performers to entertain you.

In addition, throughout the weekend there will be a photo exposition (with your favourite prints available to buy) as well as professional makeovers (with a photo booth to save the pictures perfect burlesque you forever), fascinator making workshops, dance and burlesque classes, markets, movies and a vintage fashion show. "

Weekend pass tickets cover the Friday night show in the Sugar Club, the Saturday night competition show and the Sunday night Gala awards. These are general admission tickets (no reserved seating)
