Various Voices Dublin 2014 LGBT Choral Festival proudly presents 'Singing In The City' on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th June.

Various Voices is an international choral festival for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender choirs and choruses. It is taking place in Dublin for the first time and is being hosted by the award winning Gloria, Dublin's Lesbian & Gay Choir. To celebrate, a series of free public concerts, titled 'Singing in the City' will be held on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th June 2014.

These concerts will be performed by choirs that have travelled from around the world to take part in the Various Voices festival. 'Singing in the City' is proudly supported by Dublin City Council.

There will be over 50 choirs singing in four venues across Dublin over the weekend: City Hall (Dame Street), Meeting House Square (Temple Bar) Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane (Parnell Square) and axis:ballymun. No tickets are required for the city centre performances; Dubliners and visitors alike are invited to turn up and enjoy the free concerts and move between concert venues.
