Ramblinman Theatre Company are proud to announce that due to popular demand, their acclaimed production of Sam Shepard's American classic 'True West' is set to return to Smock Alley Theatre.
Ivy league graduate Austin, has his plans of writing a screenplay in the peace and quiet of his mother’s suburban home interrupted by the arrival of his estranged brother Lee, a dangerous criminal with plans of his own. In the simmering heat of a Californian summer, True West blows apart the American dream as the two brothers fight for supremacy in a tale that is frightening, dangerous, unpredictable and surprisingly hilarious.
