Having hosted such big name acts/DJs over the last two months, such as New Young Pony Club, Paul Epworth (Phones), Babyshambles, Little Boots and Missil, Transmission every Saturday at The Button Factory keeps going from strength to strength. Forthcoming guests include Hot Club de Paris, Radioclit, Hearts Revolution, Shit Disco and Teenage Bad Girl while resident DJs Trev Radiator, Dave Salacious(family), Ian Bright, Dave Antics and Stephen Manning deliver a fist thumping mixture of underground indie and cutting edge electronica. On September 27th Transmission hosts PUNKS JUMP UP, the part English, part Swedish, London based duo who began their rebel sound in 2002. Since then, they have remixed for The Gossip, Peter Bjorn and John, Late of the pier and Digitalism. Expect some very bouncy, high energy electro on the night. On October 4th VICARIOUS BLISS (Ed banger) makes his dublin debut. His remix portfolio includes NERD, Mystery Jets and Cazals while he himself has been remixed by Justice, Busy P, Dave Clarke and Paul Woolford. Constantly playlisted by Erol Alkan and 2 Many DJs, expect a DJ set of no rules, mashed up electro psychadelia, girly harmonies and some dirty moog! Doors at 11pm.
